Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive form of energy healing that works with the body's innate wisdom to restore balance, release what no longer serves and invite a profound sense of calm.

During a session you remain fully clothed, resting comfortably as healing energy is channelled through light touch or near-body hand positions. Many clients experience a deep warmth, tingling sensations or simply a beautiful sense of letting go.

Each session ends with a personal debrief and an intuitive crystal recommendation chosen specifically for the energy encountered during your healing.

What to expect

Your first session begins with a gentle conversation about what has drawn you to Reiki and anything you would like to work on. There is never any pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with.

After your session, it is normal to feel deeply relaxed, emotional or energised — sometimes all three. We recommend drinking plenty of water and allowing yourself some quiet time to integrate.

Distance Reiki carries the same gentle, powerful healing energy as an in-person session — the only difference is that you receive it from the comfort of your own home, wherever you are in the world. In Reiki, energy is not bound by space or time.

You will be guided to a comfortable position at your chosen time. As the session begins, healing energy is directed to you with focused intention. Many clients report warmth, tingling, deep relaxation or emotional release, even from thousands of miles away.

Distance Reiki is perfect if you are unable to travel, live outside Shropshire, or simply prefer to receive healing in the sanctuary of your own space.

How it works

Once your session is confirmed you will receive a short email guide to help you prepare. At the agreed time, find a quiet comfortable spot, close your eyes and allow yourself to receive. Afterwards, Allana will send a personal written debrief with any impressions or crystal recommendations that arose.

A gift for your first session

For clients based in the UK, your first distance session comes with something extra special: a set of hand-chosen crystals selected intuitively for your healing, posted to you in advance of your appointment. These are yours to hold, place nearby or simply rest with during your session — a tangible thread connecting your space to the healing energy being sent.

The Moon Circle is a sacred space — a gathering of open hearts who come together to mark the rhythm of the lunar cycle, to set intentions, to release what is complete and to be witnessed in community.

Whether we gather at the new moon to plant seeds of intention, or at the full moon to celebrate and let go, each circle follows the natural wisdom of the moon and the unique energy she brings.

There is no experience necessary. You bring yourself — exactly as you are — and the circle holds you.

What happens in circle

Each gathering has its own flavour but typically weaves together: a grounding meditation to arrive fully in your body, crystal work, a sharing space (always optional), lunar intention setting or releasing, and a closing blessing to carry the energy home with you.

Places are kept intentionally small — a maximum of 8 — to preserve the intimacy and safety of the circle. Tea, warmth and a gentle landing space are always provided.

The lunar phases
